Participative and consultative training

1 Program Structure - participative II

All workshops are built up in an interactive and creative way to enhance the learning aspect. We use a participative and consultative training style based on emotional intelligence and a systemic view. In a safe learning environment participants will go into discussion, interact in role-play, experiment and self-reflect. Mistakes are considered as the pivot-point of learning. Methodologies used are:

  • Coaching techniques, NLP, DISC, MBTI, subfields of psychology
  • Interactive Play and constellations
  • Art visuals and interactive creation & design

Group safety

  • SafetyThe participants set the stage for role-modeling. Group members can mirror certain sub-personalities and can create ultimate moments to reflect on the own behaviour.
  • A container of shared trust and openness is set which contributes significantly to the personal development of all participants!
