Team Dynamics – Systemic View
Discovering the stretch and strength of the dynamics in teams. Making a flexible glue within the team to enhance learning on an individual, team and orgnisational level.

- Seeing how components of the system fit in the larger context.: Understanding the forces at play and the interactions with other sub-systems of the organisation.
Participative and consultative training
All workshops are built up in an interactive and creative way to enhance the learning aspect. We use a participative and consultative training style based on emotional intelligence and a systemic view. In a safe learning environment participants will go into discussion, interact in role-play, experiment and self-reflect. Mistakes are considered as the pivot-point of learning. Methodologies used are:
